Last week, the Portland City Council had a pubic hearing on the future of the Clean Elections program, and we are encouraged by the thoughtful discussion and work that has gone into building a solid Clean Elections ordinance.

Last November, voters chose to adopt Clean Elections in Portland. This Charter modification will take effect on July 1, 2023 in time for the November 2023 election.
